After dieting for 17 years, this fat chick has said enough. She donated her "thin" clothes (really just her size 14s, she has been fat since she was 9), gave up dieting, began to eat healthy and move because it was good for her, not for losing weight. She decided that she wanted to help other Fat chicks to accept themselves as is, give up the shackles of dieting and help women in general not be afraid of the F-word.
